These are the booking conditions between you and Cronbridge Estates, owners of Les Chaumieres du cerisier. The person making the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the party and accepts responsibility for paying any monies due for the whole holiday.
You must be 18 years if age or over at the time of making the booking.
Cronbridge Estates has tried to ensure that all details contained within their brochure, website and any additional information supplied from time to time is as accurate as possible. However, Cronbridge Estates reserves the right to make changes to details but you will be advised of these changes either at the time of booking or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.

Prices
All prices quoted are in £ sterling and Euro, payment can be made in either currency. Prices are per cottage with up to 4 occupants, additional occupants to the maximum of 6 can be accommodative on payment of the additional charge as stated on the booking form.
Before you book we reserve the right to increase of reduce the brochure prices. Once you have made your booking and the deposit has been paid, we guarantee not to make any price increases.
All prices are inclusive of VAT but excluded travel and insurance.

Booking Your Holiday
Provisional bookings can be made by telephone and email but must be confirmed by completion of the booking form within ten days of making the provisional booking.
Bookings will only be secured on receipt of booking confirmation and payment of the required non-refundable deposit.

Payment
If you book your holiday more than eight weeks prior to departure, you must pay the required deposit. The outstanding balance of your holiday must be paid eight weeks prior to your departure.
If you book your holiday less than eight weeks prior to your departure the total balance is payable with your booking confirmation.
Should you fail to pay any outstanding balance we may cancel your booking and ask you to pay cancellation charges as set out in the "Cancelling the Holiday" paragraph.

Cancelling the Holiday
In the highly unlikely event we cancel your holiday our liability will be limited to refunding any monies paid to us by you in relation to your holiday.
If you cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing, any communication via the telephone or email must be confirmed by registered mail. We will also ask you to pay the following cancellation charges.

Force Majeure
Cronbridge Estates are not liable for any cancellations or curtailment caused by reason of war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports, cancellations or changes to travel arrangements and all similar events beyond our control.

Insurance
You must have suitable insurance preferably from the time you book your holiday. Please ensure you purchase adequate insurance.

Transport
At this time we do not make travel arrangements for our clients. There are a number of transport options available to you. Please remember we are approximately 20 miles from Le Havre and within a comfortable two and a half-hours drive from, Dieppe and Calais. If you would like assistance in deciding the best route to take, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unreasonable Behaviour
If someone from Cronbridge Estates believes you or a member of your party is behaving in an unreasonable manner you may be asked to leave your holiday cottage. If this happens your contract with us will end immediately and there will be no refund available. You will forfeit the return of your damage waiver and you will be liable for any additional costs incurred by ourselves, together with legal costs we incur in pursuing any resulting claim.

Complaints
Should you find any part of your accommodation not to standard please discuss this with a member of Cronbridge Estates whilst on holiday and we will endeavour to rectify any problems immediately.

Accomodation
Your cottage is two storey with two bedrooms and has been created in a renovated barn. There are a total of seven cottages within the barn.

Included in the Price
- Accommodation as detailed in your confirmation letter.
- All linen and towels, including one change per week for multiple week holidays.
- Electricity and Water
- Cleaning, each cottage is fully cleaned prior to your arrival but we would ask to assist us with this, you leave the cottage in a clean & tidy condition.
- VAT where applicable.
- Wireless internet conection
Not Included in the Price
- Travel - you are required make all your own travel arrangements.
- Insurance – we recommend you have sufficient travel insurance for you and your party.

Arrival/Departure
Change over day is Saturday and your cottage will be available between 16:00 and 19:00. Should you wish to arrive outside these times you must make your request in writing fourteen days prior to arrival. You will be required to vacate your cottage by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Damage Waiver
The damage waiver is payable with your final balance. Damage Waiver deposits will be refunded within fourteen days of your return, once inventory checks have been completed.

Cleaning other than as stated above and maid service are not included.

Lounge/Dining Room
The downstairs of each cottage is fully open plan but there are defined areas for living, dining and cooking. The lounge has a sofa and additional furnishings. The dining area has a table and up to six chairs.

Kitchen
All properties have a fitted kitchen, which include a hob, combined oven and microwave, a fridge and dishwasher or washing machine not both.Any preference should be noted on the booking form.
All are fully equipped for the number of occupants stated on your booking form.

Bedrooms
One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and other fittings and the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and additional fittings.

The bathroom has a wash basin, toilet and bath complete with over bath shower and a constant supply of hot water via an electric boiler..

There are no telephones in the cottages.

Combined TV and videos are available to hire, though it is unlikely you will get English speaking programmes. A small selection of videos are available to borrow. Satellite TV is not available.

The car park is at the entrance to the complex and not by each cottage. This ensures a quiet and safe place immediately around your accommodation.
